One reason we selected this model was the comprehensive warranty, although it has never been necessary to submit a claim. The faucet continues to perform consistently, and knowing replacement support is available provides additional confidence for our facility management team.

Instead of continuing with commercial sensor faucets that repeatedly developed inconsistent infrared response and premature valve wear in high-traffic facilities, we transitioned to the Dijon faucet during several office and healthcare renovation projects completed between 2023 and 2025.The improvement in long-term operational reliability was immediately noticeable. The built-in infrared AI smart-chip maintained accurate activation without excessive false triggering, while the adjustable auto shutoff timing remained consistent even during continuous daily usage. The solid brass body, water-resistant solenoid enclosure, and AC/DC hybrid power configuration also provided significantly better durability and maintenance flexibility compared to earlier touchless systems we previously serviced.Across multiple installations, maintenance requirements remained exceptionally low. Last week we got this automatic commercial gold finish sensor faucet installed in our commercial building bathroom and were easy to install. The material is all solid brass they just works flawlessly.
